Are you a people person who loves building relationships and helping customers?
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our team at Gordon Brown Estate Agents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established local business where personality, service, and genuine care for customers are at the heart of everything we do.
Previous estate agency experience isn't essential. We're interested in people with strong customer service, sales, or other transferable skills who enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent service.
We're looking for someone who is confident talking to people from all walks of life, enjoys building trust, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building positive relationships with buyers and sellers
- Carrying out property viewings and helping applicants find their ideal home
- Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with clients
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Generating market appraisal opportunities through excellent customer service
- Promoting additional services including conveyancing and financial services and Lettings
- Delivering a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience
- Keeping accurate and up to date property and client records

- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
