Job Overview

Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead audits and inspections to verify compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Analyse product samples and process data to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality consistency.
- Oversee the documentation of quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, HACCP protocols, and best practices.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate supplier audits as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry developments related to quality assurance practices and legislation.

Pay: £22,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
