Job Description
Position Summary
Based in London, reporting to the HR:
Responsibilities include:

Be the first point of contact when meeting and greeting visiting clients/customers

Managing meeting room bookings on our EMS system

Booking lunches as required
-
Managing refreshments and cleaning as required

Liaising with building security

General Office administration as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
-
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a fast paced corporate environment

Prior experience in a reception role, oil/financial/insurance sector advantageous
-
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other software packages
-
Additional language skills an advantage, though not essential
