We are seeking a number of Field Service Technicians to join our highly talented team based throughout the UK. This is a great opportunity where you will have exposure to many different areas of our business and get out meeting many of our customers. You will play an important role in keeping our customers happy and our machines in the best condition.
As a Field Service operative, you’ll ....
- Manage your own daily schedule while travelling between multiple locations.
- Travel to customer sites to service Metalwash machines.
- Clean machines thoroughly.
- Safely remove, handle, and dispose of used cleaning solutions in line with H&S/environmental rules.
- Clear down and leave the work area tidy and compliant.
- Complete service notes and communicate any issues or follow-ups where appropriate.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional ambassador for Metalwash.

About You
- Holder of Full UK 7.5-tonne (C1) driving licence.
- Driven, ambitious, and energetic, with excellent customer service skills.
- Hands-on and happy to get stuck in.
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work (follows H&S practices)
- Fast learner with a growth mindset- keen to learn our business and grow with us.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated; works well independently and with a team.
