Clapham Park Group Practice are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic GP to join our growing multidisciplinary team
Practice information
- Join a team of 18 supportive and friendly GP colleagues
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Pharmacists, 1 Pharmacy Technician, 1 Social Prescriber and large nursing and administrative teams.
- Well managed practice. CQC rating good in all areas.
- Opportunities to get involved with GP training and medical student teaching.
- 6 weeks annual leave plus 10 statutory days and bank holidays.
- 1 week study leave pro rata.
- Regular clinical meetings and protected learning time.
- Supportive, friendly and sociable team with a protected daily coffee/tea break.
- Our new medical centre was redeveloped in 2021.

Main duties of the job
Provide high quality care to our patients
Conduct face-to-face, telephone and online consultations
Form part of our total triage team on a pro-rata basis with the other GPs
Undertake home visits
Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with national and local guidelines
Issue prescriptions appropriately in accordance with practice and NHS policy
Review test results, hospital letters and correspondence promptly
Ensure accurate and timely clinical record keeping using EMIS WEB.
Support the training and development of GP registrars, F2s and Allied Health Professionals through clinical supervision
