Painter & Decorator
Kent Build Ltd are looking for a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team and work on a range of commercial and residential projects.
Main duties:
- Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding and priming.
- Apply paint, undercoat and finishing coats to a high standard.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting and other surfaces.
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works.
- Protect floors, fixtures and completed works.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Complete work within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
- Carry out snagging and final touch-ups when required.
Requirements:
- Previous painting and decorating experience.
- Good attention to detail and quality of finish.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of painting materials and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- CSCS card desirable for construction-site work.
- Own tools and transport desirable.
Hours: Full-time
Location: Kent and surrounding areas
Start: Immediate / available to start as soon as possible
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Pay: £200.00 per day
