Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Bar Staff to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the action—serving drinks, engaging with customers, and helping create the buzzing atmosphere we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Restock bar supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping a positive attitude
- Promote a fun but safe environment for all guests
- Work as part of a team to keep service smooth and fast
Requirements
- Previous bar experience preferred (but not essential – training provided)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
