About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can take ownership of reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence activities. You will work closely with technology, operations, and commercial teams to understand business requirements, investigate trends, and transform raw information into clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyse business and operational datasets to identify trends, patterns, performance changes, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain accurate reports and interactive dashboards that provide useful information to business stakeholders.
Data Quality: Investigate inconsistencies, validate datasets, and work with relevant teams to improve data accuracy and reliability.
Business Collaboration: Work with teams across technology, operations, finance, and commercial functions to understand reporting requirements and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
Data Visualisation: Present complex information through clear dashboards, charts, and visual reports that allow stakeholders to understand key findings quickly.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reports, automate manual activities, and improve the efficiency of data preparation and analysis.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar analytical role.
Technical Skills: Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, together with practical experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence platform.
Analytical Thinking: You can investigate business problems, identify meaningful patterns, and turn data into practical recommendations.
Communication: You are comfortable discussing requirements with stakeholders and explaining analytical findings to both technical and non technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: You take a structured approach to validating information and understand the importance of accurate and reliable reporting.
Mindset: You are curious, practical, and commercially aware. You enjoy asking the right questions, challenging assumptions when appropriate, and producing analysis that helps people make better decisions.
Pay: £43,234.00-£55,500.00 per year
