We’re looking for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Thomas The Brasserie in Pontcanna, Cardiff.
This is a role for someone serious about cooking, standards and progression. You’ll be part of a busy, ambitious neighbourhood brasserie, working with seasonal produce and helping deliver food that is generous, precise and full of character.
The right person will already have solid experience in quality kitchens and be ready to take the next step. You’ll be confident running a section, supporting junior chefs, keeping standards high under pressure and contributing properly to the day-to-day rhythm of the kitchen.
We’re not looking for passengers. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The role:
Running and maintaining a section to a high standard
Supporting prep, service and kitchen organisation
Helping lead junior members of the team
Working closely with the senior kitchen team
Maintaining consistency, cleanliness and discipline
Contributing ideas and energy as the business grows

Experience in a quality restaurant kitchen
