Located in Fenchurch Street, London, the East India Arms has been serving the capital’s traders and tourists since 1829. You can enjoy a warm welcome and fantastic pint or two at this traditional pub in the heart of the City.
What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of the pub’s day-to-day operations and overall performance.

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service.

Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiency to maximise profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Drive sales and implement initiatives to grow the business.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
