MYCO Works is a UK-based, behind-the-scenes B2B service provider, specialising in affordable Registered Office Address, Director Service Address, Virtual Business Address, Company Formations, Ready Made Companies, Meeting Space and Telephone Answering services. Established in 2014, we have quickly and consistently grown from one office in Ipswich to five offices in the UK in Ipswich, London and Edinburgh.
MYCO are looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of a bespoke CRM software. This person will work under the Software Project Manager and as part of our Development Team and will liaise with various stakeholders to analyse the organisation’s business processes, define requirements and drive process improvements.
The role will involve gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure that business and project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project objectives, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvements.
- Develop solutions to business problems by creating detailed documentation, and ensure clear communication of solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and implementing business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all parties understand requirements, objectives, and outcomes.
- Support the testing process by defining test scenarios, performing testing, and ensuring that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other business analytics tools to provide ongoing monitoring and assessment of business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or related role in software development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process optimisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff members at all levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Visio, Planner
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment (e.g., DevOps)
- Understanding of software development life cycle and technical documentation
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified in Azure
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project Management (e.g.,CAPM, CPM)

Please note this is an office based position so you must be easily able to travel daily to and from the office which is based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
Some travel to suppliers and more importantly, to our software developers (also based in Ipswich) may be required.
