Our instructors are the most important part of our team. As an instructor, you will deliver exceptional personalised tuition to our learners using the Mathnasium Method, and help develop a thriving learning environment.
What do we look for in instructors?
We are looking for dynamic individuals who love teaching learners. Our instructors are enthusiastic, bright, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We love maths and want our instructors to share this passion.
Mathnasium offers continued training, and we do offer opportunities for growth within the team. We are committed to keeping children safe. This role will involve contact with learners and the successful candidate will be engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. All staff have a responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom they are responsible and with whom they come into contact.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your team under the direction of the centre manager to ensure that we provide the best possible maths instruction to our learners
- Keep our learners safe by following our Health, Safety and Safeguarding protocols procedures.
- Administer the Mathnasium curriculum
- Deliver the Mathnasium curriculum with enthusiasm
- Ensure continued personalised student motivation, progression and mastery
- Be a part of the team, eventually coaching and training new colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and carers
- Maintain meticulous communication records of our learners to allow us to manage their growth and keep families informed

Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
