Duties
- Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing dishes before delivery
- Support kitchen staff by managing order flow and communicating special requests or dietary needs clearly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout your shift
- Collaborate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries politely, providing excellent guest services with professional phone etiquette when needed
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and handling procedures
- Experience as a delivery driver or in roles involving delivery logistics is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, meal preparation, and serving techniques preferred
- Customer service experience in hotel, barista, or culinary settings is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
