Job Title: Experienced Barista – Speciality Coffee | Up to £14/hr
Location: Tooting Broadway, London
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Coffee Barista to join Kruti Coffee UK, a UK franchise of Kruti Coffee India, known for speciality coffee and a strong café experience.
The café opens at 7:30 AM every day, so we are ideally looking for someone who lives within approximately 10–15 minutes of Tooting Broadway or can reliably reach the café early in the morning.
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years of barista or café experience
- Confident preparing espresso-based drinks
- Good customer service skills.
- Cleanliness is super important in the cafe.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
- Friendly, professional and a good team player
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
Speciality Coffee Training
Training will be provided on Kruti Coffee’s speciality coffee preparation methods, including coffee extraction, drink preparation, presentation and quality standards.
Previous speciality coffee experience is preferred but not essential if you already have strong barista experience.
Pay
Up to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality coffees and other beverages
- Opening and preparing the café for morning service
- Serving customers and providing excellent service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting daily café operations
- Following Kruti Coffee quality and preparation standards
Availability
Because the café opens at 7:30 AM daily, applicants must be able to reliably attend early morning shifts.
Candidates living within 10–15 minutes of Tooting Broadway are strongly preferred.
