What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Matron to join our Oncology team, with a competitive salary range on offer up to £79,000 depending upon experience.
This is a Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 role.
We are seeking an exceptional Matron to join our setup, go-live, and long-term service delivery teams. Your duties will evolve from the initial appointment through to launch and beyond, offering an incredible opportunity to shape a brand-new service from the ground up within one of London’s leading private healthcare providers.

Oncology services are expanding at Cleveland Clinic London. We already provide outstanding oncology care for patients accessing our surgical services, but 2027 will mark the official launch of our brand-new SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) and radiotherapy services.
What will your duties include?
The post holder will lead across CCL teams and actively influence and develop a culture of leadership, continuously improving patient experience, care and outcomes.
Take ownership of key project workstreams and take significant responsibility for planning operational pathways for nursing care.
Establish robust clinical governance structures and lead the recruitment of the new oncology nursing team.
Direct the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care—both directly as a patient facing nurse and through the processes and teams you help build.
Influences competent best practice, empowering and developing nursing staff to enable growth ensuring compliance to goals and agreed KPI’s.
What we need from you?
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential)
Current registration through Nursing & Midwifery Council (First Level) (essential)
SACT Passport holder (Essential)
Has a demonstrable track-record working in a management position in an acute healthcare setting, or equivalent progression (essential)
Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past posts (essential)
Experience of leading and managing change (essential)
