The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Keeping on top of a shared customer inbox and replying to queries efficiently
- Coordinating product samples for clients and putting together competitive quotes
- Handing warm leads and successful quotes over to the internal sales team
- Keeping the CRM/database accurate and up to date
- Monitoring stock levels and pulling together basic reports for senior management
- Pitching in to help the wider team when things get busy
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- A solid background in administration or customer service, ideally from a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a comfortable working knowledge of CRMs/databases
- A genuine team player who adapts well to change and takes pride in looking after customers

Reporting straight to the Sales Director, you will look after a specific portfolio of customer accounts.
