About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the daytoday running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, smooth operations and strong teamwork.
Your role will include:
Supporting, guiding and motivating staff
Ensuring highquality support for the people who use our services
Maintaining professional, accurate records
Being part of the OnCall rota (£10 per session)
Covering sleepins where required (£60 per sleepin)
Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or those who are willing to work towards it.

Shaftesbury Netteswell Bungalows is a warm, supportive residential setting made up of six selfcontained bungalows for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
