We are looking for a B3 People Services Assistant, to be based at Preswylfa, Mold, supporting our PAN Services HR teams.
In this role you will provide admin support to the People Services teams, acting as a first point of contact and an understanding of what a career in these disciplines could look like.
It’s a busy environment and no two days are the same. You will be part of our supportive and engaged team whose work brings us in contact with a wide variety of people and situations on a daily basis. We take a customer service approach to everything we do.
To make the most of this opportunity you will need strong IT skills (Microsoft office predominantly), previous admin experience and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time. You will need to be confident in engaging with enquiries by phone, email and in person.
The post holder will provide secretarial and administrative support to the HR Team. Most of this information / correspondence is sensitive and must be dealt with ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
The post holder will work effectively as a key member of the People Services team by providing an efficient, accurate and prompt administrative support to the team's including reception; photocopying, filing, answering telephone calls, minutes in meetings, reports and data sharing etc
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post: Welsh and/or English speakers are equally invited to apply.
