In this role, you’ll manage your own Private Client caseload, advising the firm’s clients across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts while working alongside an experienced team.

We’re working with a well-established law firm in Gillingham that is looking to add an experienced Private Client Lawyer to its growing department.
You’ll take ownership of your own files and build relationships with the firm’s clients, handling matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- General Private Client and later-life planning matters
The role offers a good balance of independence and support. You’ll be trusted to manage your caseload while having experienced colleagues available for more complex or technical matters.
Our client is open-minded on professional background and will consider Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers and experienced Private Client Fee Earners with the right level of experience.
