Your Role:
- Source and approach candidates through research and outreach
- Conduct screening calls and assess suitability
- Create job adverts and manage applications
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission

What You’ll Get:
- £27,000 starting salary + uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £38,000–£48,000
- Year 2 OTE: £45,000–£70,000
