Key Responsibilities for Meeting of Creditors
- Negotiate with creditors to achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Chair Meetings of Creditors
- Issue Chairman’s Reports to clients and creditors within statutory timeframes
- Communicate with clients and creditors via phone, SMS and email, ensuring all interactions comply with GDPR regulations
- Liaise with the Team Leader and Insolvency Practitioners regarding case progression
- Carry out any additional duties required by the business
