PHL Have an exciting opportunity for a Team leader to join the team working with our Face to Face Services on a permanent, full-time basis.
PHL are commissioned by Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board to deliver Integrated Urgent Care services across Staffordshire.
The service is operational 24Hrs a day and shifts time will vary over this period including evenings, weekends and overnights on a six-week rotation.
As a Team Leader, you will join an established team of Clinical and Operational staff and lead the Face-to-Face service provision across Staffordshire.
The post holder will be required to;
- Have operational oversight of the Face-to-Face service across Staffordshire.
- Line-manage and supervise the portfolios receptionists.
- Oversee the portfolio’s face-to-face service locations, including liaising directly with landlords or premises managers to ensure the locations are always fit-for-purpose.
- Support Home Visiting and OOH Telephone Advice services during hours of operation.
- Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for PHLs patients and maximise resource utilisation.
- Ensure all areas of the service being supervised are CQC compliant.
- Actively monitor, evaluate and report on the services performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff by means of regular appraisals, audits, training and development activities necessary to provide a quality service.
- Provide support to counterparts and the Operations Manager where required.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3, or equivalent or significant relevant work experience
- Experience in a management / supervisory capacity within in a diverse team.
- A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle for work related purposes.
- The ability to be compassionate, with the ability to interact positively with team members, patients and healthcare professionals.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Pay: £15.36-£16.90 per hour
