MC Truck & Bus Ltd (part of the MC Group) is a successful and established truck dealer in the South of England. We operate multi-franchised dealer points alongside a dynamic rental business.
We are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer care and administration skills to deliver a first-class service to our customers based at our Burgess Hill Depot.
This is a busy role, therefore, excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential requirements. Duties include; booking trucks into the workshop, obtaining mileage from inside the truck cab, arranging courtesy vehicles, raising repair orders, receiving and making telephone calls, using a computerised booking in system and advising customers of MOT/Service appointments. Applicants must be conversant with word, excel, database input and email. Previous experience of a computerised booking in system desirable but not essential. Whilst previous experience is not essential, we will be looking for candidates who: -
- are professional
- have smart appearance
- can multi task without being flustered
- can demonstrate excellent administration and data input skills
- are able to learn quickly
- are Computer literate
- have a customer care background or natural flair with customers
- motor industry administrative experience
A valid standard car licence is preferred.
Hours:- Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. 42 ½ hours per week. Authorised overtime paid at time and half after 42 ½ hours per week.
Salary is dependent on experience.
