Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified Teacher to provide educational support to students Science. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Provide small group teaching sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improve their academic performance.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback students as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student's education.
- Stay updated on educational best practices and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Experience
- Must be a Qualified Teacher and have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Ideal for Teachers who have just completed their PGCE or are in their ECT years or anyone looking to further develop their teaching practice.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching is essential.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students are critical attributes for this role.
