Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage the seating process to ensure efficient flow and positive first impressions
- Take and relay customer orders accurately, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about food options
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly to support kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring timely delivery and attentive service throughout guests’ dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination or spoilage
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and address any guest needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in serving or front-of-house roles
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and meal assembly is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards
