Salary: Up to £40k per annum
Contract Type: Full-time shift work (including evenings, weekends, and sleeps)

✅ £15.50 - £16 per hour basic salary
✅ PLUS additional £60 per sleep

This well-established, family-run children’s residential care company provides a warm, supportive and nurturing environment for young people with EBD needs.
The home is Ofsted rated Good and currently supports three boys with individual personalities, needs and interests, creating a settled and homely atmosphere.
The company was founded by a brother and sister-in-law who entered residential childcare after wanting to make a genuine difference to young people’s lives, and they have quickly developed an even bigger and real passion for the sector. With further homes planned in Doncaster and Gainsborough, there are exciting opportunities for career development and progression as the company continues to grow.
Shifts:
- 10am - 11pm on to a sleep finishing at 10:30am the following day
- 37.5 hours per week
- Average of 10x sleeps per month
Your role will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive, develop independence, and reach their full potential.

- ❇ 1+ years’ experience in Children’s Residential Care
- ❇ Level 3 diploma in Children’s Residential Care
- ❇ A full UK driving licence
