We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for providing an exceptional and memorable patient experience. Our Sale branch is a rapidly growing practice, in an up and coming area. There are numerous opportunities for progression within our group of practices for candidates who are looking for a career in Optics. The role will involve a number of duties including:
- Assisting and advising patients in frame choice
- Advising patients on suitable lens choices
- Clinic preparation
- Pre screening of patients
- Booking patient appointments
- Teaching patients how to use contact lenses
The successful candidate will ideally have at least two years experience in an optical background, although not essential as full training will be provided. However experience in a customer facing environment is essential. The role involves both Saturday and Sunday working hours.
