Mobile Plant Fitter – Construction & Civils
Location: Covering Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, and Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £20 per hour + Overtime | OTE £50,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday | 45 hours per week

A respected and well-established construction and civils company is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join its team. This is a door-to-door role covering Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, and Gloucestershire, offering excellent pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to earn over £50,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of plant and construction equipment including excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, and small tools
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Provide on-site support to customers in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain clear and accurate service records
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mobile or workshop-based plant fitter
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation
