As an integral member of the team, you will be providing efficient administrative support to the Advisers in all areas of administration including business processing, use of CRM software and the servicing of existing clients. You will be a key point of contact handling queries from clients and third parties and taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 9am-4pm
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high level of administrative support, dealing with a wide variety of tasks to support your colleagues and clients of the practice.
- You will be a point of contact for clients' meetings, reviews, and follow-ups.
- Manage new business processing, including applications for pensions, investments, and protection.
- Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for managing and updating Salesforce, our CRM system, keeping client details up to date.
