This is a great opportunity for an experienced M&E Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of a prestigious shopping centre site in West London.
You'll be the sole engineer on site, giving you the freedom to manage your own workload, plan your day and build a strong relationship with the client.

The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the building's M&E systems, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
Your duties will include:
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Fault finding on mechanical systems
- Maintaining AHUs, FCUs and ventilation systems
- Plant room checks and maintenance
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Responding to breakdowns and client requests
- Keeping site records and compliance paperwork updated
What we're looking for:
- Experience as an M&E Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Building Services Engineer
- Strong mechanical maintenance background
- Good knowledge of:
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps
- Valves
- Mechanical plant
- Plumbing systems
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Experience in shopping centres, retail, offices, hotels or other large commercial buildings would be ideal.
