Overview
We are seeking a skilled Car Body Repairer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition following damage or wear. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be physically fit, reliable, and possess a strong understanding of vehicle structures and repair techniques.

Hours are mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Duties
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining necessary repairs
- Removing damaged panels or components using hand and power tools
- Repairing or replacing body panels, frames, and structural components
- Sanding, filling, and priming surfaces to ensure smooth finishes
- Conducting quality checks to ensure repairs meet safety and aesthetic standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all timesSkills
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle structures and repair processes
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers
- Experience with power tools including grinders, sanders, and drills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or heavy parts
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks efficiently
This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the automotive repair industry. Prior experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
Pay: £27,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
