Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or enhancements
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations
- Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk and assist with walk-in guests to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent guest services and personalized attention
Skills
- Proven experience in nail artistry, including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments
- Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client records efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in social media management to promote services and engage with the community online
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience from start to finish
- Ability to perform deep tissue massage or barbering techniques is a plus for offering comprehensive beauty services
- Skilled at front desk operations including booking appointments, managing client inquiries, and handling payments
