We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Senior Event Executive to support our Head of Experience in the research, planning, and execution of our international calendar. You will play a vital role in developing the "blueprint" for our events - determining what our activities look like and how we provide value to our attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
●Provider & Vendor Management: Research and vet providers across the board -from high-end AV and lighting solutions to specialist booth builders and exhibitiondesigners for custom activations.
●End-to-End Coordination: Lead the relationship with providers from the initialapproach and briefing to on-site delivery and final wrap-up.
●On-Site Experience Design: Collaborate with the Head of Experience to map outthe attendee journey, ensuring every touchpoint - from registration to the closingdrinks - is polished and professional.
●Sponsor & Speaker Liaison: Act as the primary logistical point of contact forexternal stakeholders, ensuring their physical presence on-site aligns with ourbrand’s high standards.
●Operational Precision: Support the "nitty-gritty" of event delivery, including floorplans, load-in/load-out schedules, and ensuring all physical branding is produced to ahigh specification.
●Proactive Problem Solving: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pacedenvironment, ensuring no detail is overlooked in the lead-up to show day.

Requirements
●Experience & Skills: Proven experience in researching providers, handling vendors,or coordinating complex projects. You are a "system-oriented" person who stays calmunder pressure and can juggle multiple deadlines. You have at least 2 years ofexperience in events.
●Education: A degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related fieldis not strictly necessary but would strongly support your application
●Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills; you must becomfortable negotiating with vendors and briefing high-level stakeholders.
●Attributes: You are someone who takes extreme pride in the "fine details" and isalways one step ahead of the schedule.
●Location: We are looking for candidates located between London or Cambridge.Surrounding areas will be taken into consideration, on a case by case basis.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW6 4NZ
