Jadaky Care Agency is seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting a young person with complex care needs.
About the Role
Provide dedicated 1:1/2:1 support to a child/young person as part of a small, consistent care team.
Full training provided, including moving & handling, and any specialist clinical competencies required for the role.
Flexible shifts available — minimum commitment of 2 days per week.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with children (essential)
A current DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Patient, compassionate, and reliable individuals who can build trust with a young person and their family.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a small care team.
