This role is for someone ready to move from strong team member or supervisor into real leadership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running busy shifts confidently
- Leading and motivating the team
- Maintaining high service and cleanliness standards
- Supporting training of new staff
- Handling customer issues professionally
- Supporting rota flow and daily organisation
- Upholding food safety procedures
You won’t just be “helping out.”You’ll be trusted to lead shifts properly.
What We’re Looking For
You:
- Have hospitality experience (supervisor level ideal)
- Stay calm under pressure
- Don’t blame — you fix
- Take pride in doing things properly
- Are reliable and professional
You don’t need years of management experience.
You do need the mindset of a leader.

Up to £14.75 per hour, with performance reviews and progression opportunities.
