If so, we're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Thurrock and play a key role in supporting the delivery of training across the business.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

Support the day-to-day running of the training department
- Liaise with managers to organise and schedule both virtual and face-to-face training events
- Arrange training venues and source external training providers
- Manage training schedules in line with agreed customer budgets
- Maintain training databases, ensuring compliance records, course completions and qualification expiry dates are accurate and up to date
- Produce monthly reports detailing training completed across the operation
- Provide general administrative support to the training function
- Collect and review feedback from training sessions to help measure programme success
What you need to succeed at XPO:

Previous experience working within a busy office or administrative environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and use your own initiative
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
