Shifts: Rota over 7 days of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:30

Our Customer Care Department is the first point of contact for customers with any questions or concerns. As a team we strive to ensure that every customer feels heard, supported and that their needs continue to be met.
As a Customer Care Advisor you will:
- Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update customer accounts
- Manage and organise refunds, replacements and product returns
About you
To be considered for the position of Customer Care Advisor, you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual
- The ability to solve problems proactively and efficiently
- An empathetic, caring and patient approach
- Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer systems
- The ability to multitask and manage your own workload
Experience within a busy call centre environment is highly desirable.
