Summary of Key Responsibilities
As a front-of-house employee, our Baristas represent the brand and the culture of our establishment and provides customers with a professional and friendly service.
Duties may include the following:
Serving customers for Mr Cavendish, consistently providing high quality beverages, ensure all drinks & food are well presented when purchased/sold, taking orders and processing payments.
Responsibility for Open & Closing as per the team rota
Unpacking deliveries, restocking shelves, moving boxes & furniture.
Cleaning tables, work and display areas
Washing-up
Making sandwiches/toasties.
Key Skills
- MUST HAVE BARISTA EXPERIENCE - Please do not apply if you do not have Barista experience
- IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED
- Passionate about Coffee
- Confident making Barista style coffees and other drink options
- Be Punctual and Willing to complete all aspects of duties, from serving customers, making coffees, unpacking deliveries, washing up, loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning and food preparation of sandwiches and toasties.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service - Friendly, approachable and fun work attitude, able to engage with customers, greet customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
- Organisational skills, be proactive and use your initiative everyday
- Strong ability to multi-task and switch between tasks

Experience & Qualifications
- Hospitality: Minimum of 1 years (required)
- Barista experience: Minimum 1 year (required)
- You must be able to deliver great tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging and customer-focused manner.
Schedule of Work
- Part time
- Weekly Fixed Rota - to be discussed
- 3-4 days per week
- Approx 19/20 hours per week
- Shifts could be any of the below, a fixed rota will be set once training is completed:
7am-11am
7am - 2.45pm
10.45am-2.45pm
Saturday - Required to work alternate full days on a Saturday 8.30am-2.45pm
- Our Opening Hours are: Monday–Saturday, 7am-2pm
- Training Program to be completed prior to fixed rota (shifts may differ to the above)
