Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Admin Assistant to support the Compliance team. This temporary position is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level administrator seeking practical experience in a compliance-focused environment. The role will primarily involve coordinating documentation, updating systems, liaising with contractors, and assisting with the administration of compliance-related tasks across our national portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining up-to-date records for compliance areas such as Gas Safety, Electrical (EICR), Legionella, EPCs, etc.
· Upload and track certificates and servicing reports using internal systems.
· Support scheduling of routine compliance visits and inspections.
· Liaise with contractors to confirm appointment bookings and follow up on outstanding documents.
· Input and update compliance data on the internal management platform (Catalyst).
· Generate reports for internal teams or management as required.
· Support with email and phone correspondence related to compliance tasks.
· General administrative tasks as directed by the Compliance Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Administrative experience required.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination ability.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Able to work efficiently under direction and manage own time.
· Interest in compliance or property management.
Terms
· Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
· Contract: Full time
· Location: Office-based in Fallowfield, Manchester
· Salary: £30K - £35K
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
