Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, flexible and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy day-shift team. . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the careful picking and packing of fresh produce for supplies to schools, hotels, shops and many catering outlets. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control.
Responsibilities
- Lifting and manual handling to pick and pack fresh produce, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury to self and damage to produce.
- Using a Forklift - a current valid license is a an advantage but training wil be provided.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Replenish Stock Locations
- Check Goods into the warehouse, completing quantity & quality checks and paperwork, also booking of produce in on internal computer system.
- Occasional driving duties within Pembrokeshire to cover holidays and sickness.
- Ensuring required records are kept and all H&S guidlines are maintained
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; all relevant training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, demonstrating reliability and initiative.

Working Times - 40 Hours per week ( averaged over 2 weeks )
11 day fortnight working pattern ( every other saturday off)
07:00 - 15:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
