Are you a talented hair stylist who wants more freedom, better support and the opportunity to grow a loyal clientele, without paying fixed chair rent or covering the cost of professional products?
Escape Hairdressing & Beauty is looking for a motivated self-employed stylist to join our established Bolton salon.
You’ll receive 40% of the value of the services you complete, with products, education, booking support, marketing and access to salon-generated clients included.
This opportunity could suit an established Senior or Director-level stylist, as well as a confident developing stylist who is ready to build their clientele with the support of a busy salon.

There is no fixed rent to find during quieter periods. The salon contribution covers the products, facilities, systems and ongoing support that help you deliver an excellent service and develop your income.
Do I need an existing clientele?
An existing clientele would be welcomed, but you will not be expected to grow entirely alone.
You will have opportunities to receive new clients through:
- The salon’s existing demand
- Online and telephone bookings
- Walk-in enquiries
- Website visibility
- Social media, marketing and advertising campaigns
- The salon’s established reputation in the local area
You’ll still be responsible for providing an excellent service, retaining clients and building lasting relationships, but we’ll actively support you throughout that process.
Set your own schedule and pricing
As a self-employed stylist, you will have the flexibility to choose the days and hours you want to offer.
You can work within our established Junior, Senior or Director pricing tiers, or discuss creating a personalised pricing structure that reflects your experience, services and goals.

Hair-extension experience would be a significant advantage because we have strong and growing demand for extension services. However, we would still like to hear from excellent stylists without extension experience.
