At Specialist Autism Services, we believe autistic adults should have the opportunity to lead fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives. We provide specialist autism support across Yorkshire, helping people build confidence, develop new skills, access employment, form friendships and become active members of their communities.
We're looking for enthusiastic, creative and motivated people to join our team as Facilitators. Whether you're looking for a part-time opportunity or a full-time role (35 hours per week), we'd love to hear from people who share our passion for supporting autistic adults to achieve positive outcomes.
As a Facilitator, you'll lead structured workshops designed to develop independence, confidence and wellbeing. When you're not facilitating workshops, you'll work alongside our Members as a Skills Mentor, providing person-centred support across our services.
