We're Hiring – Venue Supervisor @ Harleys & Printhouse
Ready to take the next step in hospitality?
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Supervisor to join the team at Harleys & Printhouse. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk all night – you'll be right in the middle of the action, supporting the team, looking after customers, and helping make sure every night runs smoothly.
If you're someone who leads by example, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when things get busy, we'd love to hear from you.
What's the role really like?
No two nights are ever the same.
One minute you could be helping the team through a busy rush at the bar, the next you're welcoming customers, sorting stock, dealing with an issue, or helping create content for our social media channels.
You'll work closely with management and play a big part in the day-to-day running of the venue, helping us deliver great nights and memorable experiences for our customers.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of Harleys & Printhouse
- Leading shifts and helping the team perform at their best
- Coaching, motivating and developing staff
- Assisting with rotas and staff organisation
- Handling cash and completing venue procedures
- Opening and closing the venue
- Key holder responsibilities
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and compliance
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Helping plan and deliver events, promotions and themed nights
- Getting involved in social media content, venue promotion and the occasional TikTok or behind-the-scenes video
Bonus points if you have
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
- Experience opening and closing licensed venues
- Knowledge of licensing legislation and compliance
- Experience training or developing staff
- Personal Licence preferred
