Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated bar staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a beverages, including alcoholic
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for billing.
- Comply with food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in bartending environment is not required as training will be provided.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic workspace.
- Excellent hospitality skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour towards customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
