Responsibilities

- Design engaging training modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Coordinate with HRIS systems like Workday to track employee progress and manage talent data efficiently.
- Deliver presentations and workshops to employees at various levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Provide personalised mentoring and coaching to support individual career aspirations and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate programme updates effectively.
- Monitor programme effectiveness through feedback collection, analysing data to refine future initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in human resources, training technologies, and career development best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in teaching or training roles, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday and HR management tools like SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for e-learning content creation.
- Experience with Salesforce for stakeholder engagement and programme management.
- Knowledge of mentoring techniques to support employee development effectively.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff at all levels.
