Think and Act Differently Ltd is looking for a smart, proactive and resourceful Speaking & Visibility Coordinator to help build the next stage of our international growth.
You'll work directly with Bruna De Palo (www.brunadepalo.com), executive coach, keynote speaker and author of The Brain Instruction Manual for Leaders. Bruna has delivered coaching and keynote sessions for organisations including Google, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, and the U.S. Air Force.
Your mission is to identify, pitch and secure speaking opportunities, podcast interviews and strategic partnerships.
This isn't about sending emails all day. It's about spotting opportunities, opening doors and building relationships that make a real difference. Above all, we're far more interested in intelligence, initiative and excellent judgement than in years of experience.
You'll have plenty of autonomy and your ideas won't disappear into a corporate black hole. If you see a better way of doing something, we'll want to hear it.
Here's the challenge you'll help solve
The book is out. The expertise is there. The challenge now is making sure the right people hear about it. You'll help build a predictable pipeline of speaking opportunities and podcast interviews that takes Bruna's ideas to leaders across the UK and beyond. This will include:
- Research and identify conferences, leadership events, podcasts and speaking opportunities aligned with Bruna's expertise.
- Prepare and submit speaker applications.
- Build relationships with organisers and podcast hosts while maintaining an organised pipeline of outreach and follow-ups.
- Coordinate speaking engagements and podcast logistics when opportunities are confirmed.
Who you are
- Exceptionally organised and reliable.
- You enjoy solving problems and figuring things out.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Outspoken, a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Persistent without being pushy.
- Commercially minded and able to recognise valuable opportunities.
- Able to write warm, personalised outreach rather than generic emails.
Requirements
- Ideally based in London.
- Excellent command of the English and Italian language, spoken and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence carrying out research and personalised outreach.
- Tech savvy, used to work with AI to improve research, organisation and productivity.
Experience or studies in PR, communications, events, partnerships or marketing would be an advantage.
Hours, Rate & Collaboration
- This is a self-employed/freelance contractor role, paid on an hourly basis (not an employed position).
- Approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload and events.
- From £20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Performance bonuses for securing significant speaking engagements and strategic opportunities.
- Remote, with occasional in-person meetings. As these are expected to take place in London, we're ideally looking for someone based in or near London.
- As the business grows, there may be the opportunity for this role to develop into an employed position in the future.
Why join us?
Join a growing international business at an exciting stage following the successful launch of The Brain Instruction Manual for Leaders (learn more here ). You'll be joining at a time when demand for speaking engagements and executive development is growing rapidly.
You'll work directly with Bruna on outreach strategy, have the freedom to suggest ideas, and see first-hand how an international speaking business is built.
