Role Overview
Anglesey Circuit is one of the UK’s premier coastal motorsport venues, hosting race events, track days, driving experiences, and corporate hospitality.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the circuit by delivering efficient administrative support across all departments, ensuring events and business activities run effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the circuit management and wider team
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate filing systems
- Schedule meetings and prepare documentation
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Source quotations and liaise with suppliers
- Maintain supplier relationships
Event & Operational Support
- Support delivery of race events and track days
- Assist with event preparation and coordination
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain health & safety records
- Support facilities and maintenance documentation
General Administration
- Process invoices and maintain records
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Administrative experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Desirable
- Experience in events or motorsport
- Knowledge of procurement and H&S
