Grow with an ambitious independent multi-outlet hospitality business
We are a growing independent hospitality business operating across multiple outlets, with strong plans for expansion. We are now looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help us raise standards as we grow.
This is a key role for a chef who wants to take more responsibility, develop consistency, and be part of a business that is building for the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running a section during service with confidence and support
- Preparing and presenting dishes to consistent standards
- Supporting senior chefs with menu execution
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene, organisation, and food safety
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service flow
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- High standards of consistency and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
