Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Support Worker to assist adults with varying support needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, providing emotional and practical support, and ensuring the well-being of individuals in their care. Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to adults with diverse needs, fostering independence and social inclusion.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support clients in attending appointments, social activities, and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided, progress notes, and any incidents or concerns.
- Drive clients to appointments or activities using company vehicles where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety policies and safeguarding procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or adults requiring support is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and updating care plans.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients safely.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
