We are recruiting an experienced sous chef with at least two years current experience in a busy kitchen as a sous chef or a senior chef de partie. Capable of working as part of a team or initiative to run the kitchen in our Head Chef's absence. Must have Food Hygiene Level 2 Generous salary and package for successful candidate. Immediate start available.
